Hope you're all having a fantastic Freshers' Week. Saints Wednesday was a great success; a big 'thank you' to all you guys who helped make the day work! Sinners was epic. Hope you all enjoyed seeing Saints Wednesday out in style.
Right, now onto the this week's bulletins...
- Saints Saturday: This Saturday! Make sure you're all down at the Sports Centre from 10AM to set up your table and publicity. Please all ensure that you bring laptops so you can access and add members to the club membership document on your Google Docs account. The Sports Centre opens at 9AM if you need the extra time. We will have a full on garden party out on the back lawn, so again a big call-out for you guys to get as creative as you can with additional outside publicity! Fingers crossed that the forecast of good weather holds up.
- Deadline: Club and Coach Excellence Programme: Opt in deadline is Friday the 23rd of September (tomorrow), don't let your clubs miss out as it will get a lot out of both programmes. Follow the link to sign up for either. A wee reminder also that the first session, Budget Management, starts on Tuesday (27th September). A full outline of sessions can be found here.
- Volunteering recruitment: Volunteering recruitment for Lead 2014 and Project Zambia will be open from the week starting the 3rd of October, please click on the following link for more information on the exciting sports volunteering projects that you can get involved with. If you are interested in any of the local, national or international sports volunteering projects that we offer at the University of St Andrews please contact Rona McIntosh for more details at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Twitter: All the club Twitter accounts are now set up. It's good to see loads of you guys tweeting already. If you haven't yet accessed your account, please do so and familiarise yourself with the world of Twitter.
Enjoy the rest of Freshers' Week and start getting keen for #SaintsSaturday :-)
With muchos Saints Sport love,
