Evening all!

Hope the final Thursday Bulletin of 2011 reaches you all well and having fully recovered after an epic Sinners Sport last night! Great job Neil (Graham) on coordinating such a great night. I am aware that there was a slight change in text between my previous email version of the Thursday Bulletin and that up on the CMP, so would like to apologise for any confusion caused regarding ticket sales yesterday.
  1. Constitution and Laws: Please find attached a copy of the newly updated and edited Athletic Union Constitution and Laws with tracked changes. Note specifically the official change to the voting system (now STV) and the statements now included covering alcohol policy and equality & inclusivity.
  2. Give-it-a-go timesWe would like each club to run at least one give-it-a-go session over Re-Freshers Week (06/02/2012 - 12/02/2012) aimed at complete beginners to attract more members to your club, especially newly arrived JSAs. Please fill out the linked form on the CMP (located below, if reading this on the CMP) by 31/12/2011.
  3. Google Docs Spreasdsheets for Club Accounts: Please make sure that by 31/12/2011 your accounts are up to date on your Google Docs spreadsheet in order to ensure no fines are issued.
  4. Videos and Photos: Please send through any decent videos and pictures to Hannah ( in order to ensure we have the best possible material for publicity endeavors. As you will have noticed there are various new poster frames that have recently gone up around the Sports Centre; we would love to put club photos in these but need your help to send through the best pics!
  5. AU Vehicles: The fleet of vehicles owned by the Athletic Union will be all be fully valeted over the break, after which we shall be tightening up on the state at which they are returned. Clubs returning cars in an unacceptable state will be responsible for cleaning/tidying the car.
Righto, that's it for another year! This will be the last Bulletin *sigh* until the new year, but please please continue to check your club accounts on a regular basis as we may be in contact...

Wishing you all a very merry Christmas, a happy new year and a fantastic holiday :-)

With muchos Saints Sport love,
