I hope your week is going well. It was great to see so many of you at the Colour Run at the weekend, thank you to all who took part or volunteered. There is a lot of information for you this week so please bear with me:
Student Activities Fund:
Applications are now open for the Student Activities Fund which clubs and societies can apply to receive a financial grant for either a specific project or to cover some expenses. More information and the application form can be found at www.st-andrews.ac.uk/develop-2/student-activities/
If your club is hoping for Saints Sport support towards the cost of your coaching for this year, please apply using the Coaching Funding Form on the CMP - http://cmp.saints-sport.com/general-info/forms-and-files. For further information on what support might be available please contact Pete on email@example.com Be aware that this form can also be used to apply for funding towards students attending courses, including coaching and officiating. Again, contact Pete with any questions.
Any coaches working with AU clubs should declare themselves using the attached registration form and return it with copies of their qualifications. This allows us to provide them with access to the facility and makes us better able to support coaches and clubs across the board. Contact Pete on firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or pass his details directly on to your coaches.
A reminder that if your club is looking to purchase any equipment you must talk to us first, we cannot just reimburse your club after the purchase is made. Please contact Mark (email@example.com) for more details.
Attached is the catalogue for leisure items. If you require training or playing kit, or need any further information please get in touch.
Transport must be booked 5 working days in advance of travel. We are unable to allocate transport or change bookings closer to the time of hire. Please also note that there is a £500 excess for accidents and a minimum ban of 3 months.
All teams playing in BUCS must produce weekly team sheets. Further information is attached.
