Dear All,

I hope you are all having a good week so far. Here is everything you need to know for this week:

International Volunteering Projects:
Applications for UK Sport IDEALS in Zambia and Saints Stellenbosch Outreach close at 5pm today. The application forms are attached, please get them to anyone interested.

Memberships:
The cut off for the last transfer of memberships to clubs for Semester 1 is this Sunday, the 2nd November. All of your members should now have paid but please use this opportunity to make sure. You will receive any payments made after Sunday when Finance do their next run, which will be February.

Kit Feedback:
Thank you to everyone who completed the kit survey. Unfortunately the feedback on O'Neills was not very positive so we are taking your comments on board and looking for a way to move forward. If you, or any club members, have any further comments you would like to make, please drop me an email.

Transport:
Can all drivers please ensure that all lights are turned off, including the interior light, when returning Arnold Clark cars. There have been three times in the past week that car batteries have been flat because the lights have been left on and each time Arnold Clark have had to come over to sort it out. Clubs will be receiving a £50 fine if this continues to happen.

Drop In:
Its been great to chat to so many of you in Rectors. There will be no drop in next week, but it will resume on a Tuesday morning from week beginning Monday 10th .

Publicity:
Keen sending your success stories to Fergus Knight (marketing@saints-sport.com) so we can include them in our newsletter. We are also looking for some new photos for around the building, so if you have any you would like to be displayed please send them in as well.

Reffin Brilliant Seminar:
The Seminar will be held at ISE, Dundee University on Thursday 6th November from 18:00-20:30. The seminar is open to all, and more information can be found on the attached flyer.

BUCS Deloitte Leadership Academy:
Applications for the BUCS Deloitte Leadership Academy are now open. The exclusive two day event, for 100 students across the UK, is being run in collaboration with our headline partner and sponsor Deloitte. Check out http://www.bucs.org.uk/news.asp?itemid=16268&itemTitle=The%202014%20BUCS%20Deliotte%20Leadership%20Academy%20%23BDLA&section=8&sectionTitle=News%20from%20BUCS for more information

Charity Single:
A group of management students are looking for Sports Clubs to participate in their Christmas Charity Single project. I have attached the information for any clubs interested.

That's all for this week, have a great weekend!

Best,
