I hope you all had a brilliant Freshers Week and are settling back into classes. There is a lot of information this week so please make sure you read to the end:
Feedback and interest in the Colour Run has been fantastic so far but please keep promoting it to your clubs and friends. It's the first time we have put on an event like this in St Andrews and we need your help to make it a success. Sign ups are online at http://www.yourunion.net/ents/event/268 until Friday evening with a limited number available on the day.
If you have any club members willing to volunteer, please forward me their details.
Mark has put a new book of claims forms in each pigeon hole. Please use these when submitting claims, and let us know when you need a new one.
Team Sheets are required for all BUCS teams for the season 2014-15. Information is attached.
A reminder that ALL KIT, social or playing, must go through the University Retail Store and O'Neills in the first instance. Please get in contact if you would like to place an order.
Food Hygiene Certificates:
If your club wishes to use the BBQ this year then someone attending the BBQ must hold a food hygiene certificate. The course at the following link can be done online and costs £20.
Many thanks to all those who attended the Club Excellence sessions over the last couple of weeks. These sessions are vital for helping clubs become more sustainable, better-organised and better-informed so they need to be as effective and worthwhile as possible. As such, please tell us what you thought of the sessions by providing feedback via the following survey - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/87KLQQK. Please forward this to all those within your club who attended sessions.
