Free Fitness Classes:
The following classes are being offered free of charge at the Sports Centre during the revisin week and the following weeks of exams:
Thursday: Boxfit - 17:15-18:15
Friday: Zumba - 13:00-14:00
Saturday: Boxfit - 10:00-11:00
Saturday: Flexibility Yoga - 12:00-13:00
Sunday: Cardio Burn - 10:00-11:00
Sunday: Body Sculpt - 11:00-12:00
Saints Sport Newsletter Contributions:
The final Saints Sport News will be a round up of all of the action of the semester. We want to share as many of your success stories as possible so please send a summary of your semester along with any photos to Fergus (email@example.com) by Friday 12th December.
Bank of Scotland Issues:
Please send any issues you have experienced with Bank of Scotland to Mark (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Friday 19th December. We will be arranging a meeting with Bank of Scotland once we have all of your feedback so please encourage your treasurers to get in touch.
Final call for interest in a stall at the Refreshers Fayre. It is likely to take place on Sunday 1st September
Sandys bar is looking for sports club ties to put up around the bar. If your club would like your tie to be displayed, please hand a tie into the AU Office.
We have been approached by a supplier and potentially have the opportunity of a discount for clubs on ties. If your club buys ties, please drop me a message with annual quantities and cost by the end of the semester.
Please let us know if your club will be coming back early over the break for inter-semester training.
Scottish Student Sport are running Coachin' Brilliant in January, to allow students to complete their UKCC Level 1, First Aid and Safeguarding and Protecting Young People. Registration closes on the 19th December. FInd out more at http://www.scottishstudentsport.com/coachinbrilliant
