Dear All,

I hope you've been having a good week. Just a few things for you this week:

Transport logs:
Please make sure all of your drivers submit a transport log after returning the car. Failure to do so will result in a £50 fine for the club. The log can be found at 

Reception and access to the building is now via the rear of the building so please make sure your members are aware of this. Please also be aware that changing rooms are limited so some teams may be required to arrive changed. Information will be sent to team captains should this be the case.

Accommodation Reimbursements:
BUCS and SSS fixtures now get funding of £15 per person per night in both England and Scotland.

Club AGMs must take place by Friday 13th March this year.
There will be a session for all clubs on Thursday 19th February at 6pm, location to be confirmed, to assist clubs in their AGM and handover processes.  Details will be confirmed shortly but the session is intended for anyone in current club committees who would like to know more about the process.  Any questions can be directed to Pete

CAPOD Workshops:
Capod are running the following workshops, ideally suited to committee publicity officers.
  • Writing for the web, 17th Feb, 1-2pm, St Salvador's Quad School II
  • Effective posters, 10th March, 5:15-6:15pm, St Salvador's Quad School II

Sinners will take place in week 5 (25 February) and week 9 (1 April) this semester.
