I hope you've all had a good week! I've changed the distribution list of this bulletin to make sure that more committee members see the email - please note however that I don't have all clubs full committee email addresses. Captains and Secretaries - it is therefore still up to you to continue to distribute information from this bulletin around your committees.
On to this week's notices:
1) Hall of Fame and Blues Presentation Evening - 25th April
Please find attached a document outlining the new criteria for individuals to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. These inductions will take place alongside the awarding of Blues, Half-Blues and Club awards on 25th April 2013. Please note that the deadline for nominations for the Hall of Fame for this academic year is the end of January. Please pass this on to any alumni from your club who may be eligible.
2) Saints Sport and Student Services target Healthy Body Healthy Mind Award
Scottish Student Sport and NUS have combined to establish an award which encourages universities to combat mental ill-health within their student communities. The University of St Andrews, through collaboration between Saints Sport and Student Services, are targeting this award to demonstrate the good work that is already being undertaken but also to establish new ways of helping students navigate their way through challenging times. Plans for the year include initiatives that promote physical activity and providing students with the tools to combat stress and fulfil their potential, we will also look to break a Guinness World Record along the way! For more information on the award or the work of the University of St Andrews HBHM Group, please contact Peter Burgon on firstname.lastname@example.org.
