Me again - two bulletin-esque emails in one week - lucky you. Right there's quite a few more notices this time round so please take your time to read through them and pass on all the relevant information to your clubs and committees.
1) Saints 6 week Slimdown
Have you gained a few pounds over the festive period or looking to get into shape this New Year? Saints Fitness can help kick start your weight loss this year. Sign up to the Saints 6 week slimdown which will provide you support and motivation for your weight loss over the 6 week period. This is completely FREE of charge for all students and you don't have to be a member of the sports centre to participate. You also don't have to be in St Andrews to take part in this, all you need is a set of scales and the drive to want to participate. The slimdown begins on Monday 14th January.

Following the first submission of the Club Matrix we have gathered a great deal of very interesting information and will look to feed some of this back to the clubs early in the new semester. In the meantime, those clubs who are yet to submit their responses for the first semester of this academic year are requested to do so as soon as possible – the deadline for this had been 21st December. This is a hugely worthwhile exercise but only if everyone contributes, a copy of the spreadsheet is attached so please complete this as fully and accurately as possible and don’t hesitate to contact the AU for support, clarification or input at any stage. Raise any issues with Pete Burgon on firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance.
4) Saints Sport Newsletter - February Edition
The deadline for articles to be in for the February edition is 30th January. Those clubs going away (Netball, Cricket, Snowsports, Surf, Golf, have I missed any others?) we would love a report and photos of your trips so please get those to us. All other match reports and updates on clubs are also as normal very welcome. Please send those through to Kirstie by 30th Jan - email@example.com
Please also remember to email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to book a table for the Refreshers Fayre on Saturday 2nd February and also to email me (email@example.com) by 16th January if you're interested in taking part in the COSMOS Community Centre 10k, 5k or fun run.
